touching base and changes at CFO
Hello CFO,
We added morning classes with the hope that the demand and attendance would facilitate a Trainer being there to coach our wonderful CrossFitters OH SO early in the morning! However, numbers have been low and some changes will be made, starting Monday 10/26.
We will no longer be offering 6am classes on Monday/Wednesday and Friday. We will still have 9am on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday and Friday we will have 8am on Wednesday. PLEASE if there is any problems, contact Abby at abbyfedermann@yahoo.com. We would like to make EVERYONE happy, including our Trainers, and RIGHT NOW this is the best option!
We will be more than happy to bring back the 6am classes if the demand is there and therefore is necessary! Thanks everyone and please feel free to contact me anytime! Keep working hard, pushing yourselves and each other and HAVING FUN!!!!

Sorry for the un updated website
with truck gone for the week we had a miscommunication about who would update the website! This problem has been addressed and the website will be back on track by Monday!
In the meantime...i have been hearing GREAT things about CFOs continued progress and success! I am inspired by you all everyday!
