Alright things are rolling again on the website. Sorry for lack of updating. Between abby moving and other life issues things are getting back to normal. This is the first week with Abby gone. Keep working hard. Don't ever hesatate to talk to us about any needs or concerns. I big help if anyone wants to help out taking pictures it would be a big help. bring your cameras and snap some shots and email them in. I'll do my best to keep on top of it...

New additions! welcome them!

You may have seen around CFO here and there...one tough chick, German engineered and a veteran personal trainer, Alex! She will be coaching our new 9am classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays! get to know her, learn from her and show her what you've got!!!

He has been a nice presence around CFO in the evenings and recently CrossFit certified along with Olympic Lifting certification from the one and only Coach Burgner....Evan! He will be coaching the 5pm classes on Tuesday and Thursday! Take it easy on him ladies ;)

I am so excited to have these 2 amazing people as Trainers at CFO! Commonly they share a passion for CrossFit, are great athletes and motivating individuals! CFO is lucky to have them! welcome to the Family guys!


Please note the SCHEDULE CHANGE!!!! There will no longer be a noon classes on Tues and Thurs. Instead there will now be a 9am!
CHANGES WILL NOT START UNTIL TUESDAY 9/22

We will continue to add classes as CFO grows please let your Trainers know what times you would like to see added to our Schedule!

Remember change is good and though this coming month there will be a lot of them...I have made strides to leave your fitness in the hands of 4 people who only have your best interests in mind! CFO has qualified caring individuals to help you all reach your goals!

BEK!!!!! and to think i had to convince her to participate! just goes to show that even those who don't deem themselves as "competitive" still like to see how much they have improved! It is the competition with oneself that REALLY drives us and that is why a Challenge like this is so important...it rewards you for work put in, progress made,time spent...oh and blood, sweat and tears!

CONGRATS BEK!!!!! you deserve it! you didn't win too much money but you DID win your HUSBANDS money...and thats worth a million bucks, right!!!???

The time is approaching

It sure has crept up on us fast but WE ARE MOVING to NC on Sept. 28th. This is going to be such a hard departure. It will be hard to leave mt CFO family as I have come to love you ALL! What an amazing experiance out time in WA has been and it will never be forgotten.

Keep checking as we will be having a "going away" party on Sept. 19th. Details TBA. But you all know it will be a GREAT time!

I have the utmost face in the CFO trainers and the changes that will keep our family growing and our athletes improving! Keep working hard because I WILL be back to visit...you can count on that!
