Gym will be opened at 8:30am...I will leave you a WOD and then we are heading up to Rainier CF for the Special Operation Warriors Fundraiser for a GREAT WOD...should be a smoker!

We kicked butt! Just need to work on our rope climbing...lol... Had a blast I loved it! See everyone soon I'll be at all the classes Monday and Wednesday. I can't wait to meet everyone!
