Great job everyone! Remember JUST because we put up an RX for men and women, CHALLENGE yourself. Don't focus on time, but on your technique and form. If you are breezing through an RX workout, add weight, jump a higher box or start kipping! You can only get better!
Nice times! What was Rx? Jamie and Gen...you killed it! Love seeing all the strides people are making...and remember if you didn't go heavy than your RUNS better have been FAST!
