SCHEDULE CHANGES!!!!!!! please READ!!!

Starting Monday we will be adding a lot of classes and there ARE some changes! If this is TOO much for you please let me know! I think this is going to be AMAZING!

Monday--6am-11am , 5pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm RX ONLY class (read on to get details)
Tuesday-- NOON, 5pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm RX ONLY class
Wednesday--6am-11am, 5pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm RX ONLY class
Thursday--NOON, 5pm-7pm and 7pm-8pm RX ONLY class
Friday-- 6am-11am, 5pm-7pm
Saturday--9am
CLOSED SUNDAY

RX CLASS
This is a class for those of you that want an extra challenge from CFO to be doing WODs PRESCRIBED!!!! Yes, this means unassisted pullups and Rx weights. NO MODIFICATIONS!!
The requirements? Well ,they are just that.."being able to complete a WOD without scaling!"
This is something to work towards, if you are not there and this is an opportunity for those that ARE "there" to improve and compete with eachother.
CrossFits tag line is "Forging Elite Fitness" and Rxed WODs are something that everyone should strive for. The combination of heavier weights and endurance movements WILL make you faster and stronger and your quality of life BETTER!!

As far as the time goes...7pm is the START of the RX ONLY class but if you are not RX you can still come at 6:30 and "spill"over into the RX ONLY class. At 7pm the gym will be prepared to start the RX ONLY class.
